REMARKS
1: The 1J22 series alloys have similar main compositions and include subgrades such as 1J21, 1J22, and 1J22HK. Their magnetic properties differ slightly. Key features include: high saturation magnetic induction, high Curie temperature, large magnetostrictive coefficient, and high mechanical strength.
2: The magnetic properties of 1J27 are slightly lower than those of other grades, but it offers better ductility, fatigue resistance, workability, and weldability.

Key Advantages
  • High Saturation Magnetic Induction (Bs)
Among all existing soft magnetic materials, they offer the highest saturation magnetic induction, reaching up to 2.4T. For example, the magnetostriction coefficient of 1J22 can reach 60–100×10⁻⁶.
  • High Curie Temperature (Tc)
These alloys maintain excellent magnetic properties even at elevated temperatures, making them suitable for high-temperature environments.
  • Outstanding Magnetostrictive Properties
Ideal for use in transducers, they can significantly improve energy output and conversion efficiency.
  • Miniaturization Advantage
The high Bs enables electromagnetic devices to maintain power while reducing size, enhancing overall integration and compactness.
Considerations
  • These alloys have relatively low resistivity and higher eddy current losses, making them unsuitable for high-frequency applications.
  • Processing and oxidation resistance can be improved by adding elements such as Ni (nickel) and V (vanadium).
  • Surface coating protection is recommended in most applications.
Application Fields
Commonly used in aerospace electrical components, miniature motors, electromagnets, relays, and motors that require compact size and high-temperature performance.
